Cover Letters That Break The Rules — So You Don't Blend In

Most cover letters are boring, generic, and ignored. I wrote a set of battle-tested cover letters that actually get responses. They’re strategic templates that help you stand out, frame your value, and make hiring managers take notice.

The Pivot Playbook

I didn’t just write this — I lived it. Built for teachers, game-changing for anyone. This is a step-by-step system that helps you translate your experience, craft your narrative, and get hired without starting over.

The Problem:
When I joined Wix, students were creating websites but struggling to connect those skills to real-world careers. Their portfolios existed, but they weren’t opening doors, landing jobs, or translating into real opportunities.

The Fix:
I built the Wix Campus Accelerator to bridge the gap between student work and workforce readiness. By partnering with academic institutions, I designed a program that connects pre-trained, Studio-certified college students with Wix partner agencies, giving them real-world experience, hands-on project support, and a direct pipeline to skilled jobs. 
Within a week, 40 students applied, proving the demand for career-aligned learning. 

And this is just the beginning. In late 2025, I plan to take the Wix Campus Accelerator global, expanding access to students and agencies worldwide.

I created a system that turns their work into career currency.

The Wix Campus Accelerator Program

The Problem:

When I joined AWS, onboarding for Customer Solutions Managers (CSMs) was broken—88% of content was passive, and only 44% of new hires completed the CSM Launch program in their first 30 days. 

 

The Fix:

I rebuilt CSM onboarding to be scalable, engaging, and job-relevant. I streamlined facilitation, secured 100% session coverage a month in advance, and introduced peer-led training, reducing reliance on enablement teams. Engagement surged — satisfaction hit 93% across two virtual, global cohorts.

To improve knowledge retention, I launched 8 asynchronous podcasts featuring experienced CSMs, which drew 200+ listeners within the first two weeks, and were called "the best CSM course" for their practicality and insights. I also created facilitator guides, mentor playbooks, and coaching frameworks to standardize learning and scale impact.

I built a system that made learning stick, improved engagement, and accelerated time to productivity.
